We keep this simple: the only personal information we hold about you is what you choose to send us, and we use it for one thing - responding to your enquiry.
What we collect
When you use the enquiry form we ask for your name, email address, an optional phone number, the service you're interested in, and your message. If you call or email us directly, we hold whatever you share in that conversation.
How we use it
Your details are used to reply to you and to talk through the help you're after. We don't add you to marketing lists, and we don't sell or share your details with third parties for their own use.
Where it lives
Form enquiries are delivered to us through our website's enquiry system and stored securely so we can follow up with you. Our website host may keep standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) to keep the site running and secure.
